1. Returns and Exchanges
Due to the perishable and delicate nature of floral products, Verona Flowers does not accept returns or exchanges after an order has been delivered. Flowers can change in appearance quickly, and we cannot guarantee their condition post-delivery.
- Eligible Returns/Refunds: Returns or refunds will only be processed if the delivered order is entirely incorrect regarding the flower type or arrangement size.
- Non-Eligible Variations: Minor differences, such as substituted flowers, altered packaging, or different vases, do not qualify for returns or exchanges.
- Reporting Issues: If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery by phone at +1 (831) 889-9898.
2. Refunds
Refunds are not available for issues related to personal preferences, such as disliking the arrangement or changing your mind after delivery. The perishable nature of flowers and the effort involved in their preparation and delivery require careful selection at the time of purchase.
- Non-Refundable Purchases: Once flowers are purchased for your order, refunds cannot be issued.
- Alternative Options: We may offer to reschedule the delivery date or provide store credit for future purchases.
3. Order Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Process: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made directly with a Verona Flowers manager via phone during business hours. A cancellation or rescheduling is not confirmed until you receive written or verbal confirmation from a manager.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are permitted within 24 hours of placing the order, subject to a $30 service charge. No refunds are available after this 24-hour period.
4. Post-Delivery Responsibility
- Delivered Orders: Once an order is delivered, Verona Flowers is not responsible for the condition of the flowers.
- Pick-Up Orders: For in-store pick-up, please inspect your order before leaving. We are not liable for the order’s condition once it leaves our store.
- Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for providing accurate delivery address and date details. Incorrect address information will result in a $30 fee for a second delivery attempt.
5. Substitutions
Due to seasonal availability, we may need to substitute certain flowers. Any substitutions will be of equal or greater value, maintaining the arrangement’s aesthetic quality and elegance. Our florists prioritize using the freshest flowers available while considering seasonal factors and visual appeal.
